FAT Burners. Well,
This is a new term for me. I have recently come to know about them and have learned that they help in reducing weight if taken under prescribed quantity for a certain period of time.
Now does anybody here have first hand experience with them. I plan to take something early in the morning about 20 minutes before my cardio workout for next 6 weeks. Any particular brand which i should look for. Any short/long term side effects of the same.
Help me here.
