I have been covering almost 3-5 Kms daily on a treadmill. Sometimes twice a day now. I also brisk walk for 4 days a week in the evenings. And i feel great. Two things i would like to ask:
1. Why is fasted am cardio bad for health. I have lost around 12 Kgs from June 25 till date and most of it i would say is due to fasted cardio only.
2. Why are treadmills bad. Honestly i cant jog for more then 1 Km outside while i can easily "run" on the treadmill with the same shoes. Somehow my joints are lot less stressed on the treadmill. Also i believe watching on a movie while running on a treadmill is the best way to do cardio as you don't focus a lot on getting tired.
Though Running>Jogging>Walking>Nothing
