Very impressive diet plan Saiyan, am glad sidhu told me about this thread here. Where are your before n after pics. Do you squat and deadlift? Don't get too much into those isolation exercises like tricep extensions etc..... bench press, squats, deadlifts, overhead press, wide grip chins are THE exercises.

Bluffy don't starve yourself, take the adequate calories necessary for daily living nothing less than 1200 calories, again this is for those with sedentary life style. If you don't take enough , body will start burning the muscles instead of the fat since muscles are the one easily accessible for burning when you are in starvation mode. Its better you hit the gym now itself and work on reducing the fat and once thats done you can bulk up.
