Agreed it does have a negative impact on your body if done for long but it does help in shedding quick weight if done with proper exercise. How do you think the filmstars loose their weight so quickly ? Christina bale lost 70 pounds through crash diet for his role in "The Machinist".
Anyways, loosing 12KG in 3 months through proper dieting is awesome. Keep it up. Just question though. How do you resist temptation ? Is their some secret way or something ? ---------------------------------------------- |

Also smoking helps alot. It kills your appetite and distracts you from eating. Too bad I quit  |

It never kills  Btw, Starving is a stupid thing to do 
Add lots of fruits to your diet, it ALWAYS helps

Basically i stay home as much as possible  , the only time i actually to eat a lot to be frank is during the TE meet (official and unofficial  ) and which i somehow trying to control in last 2 of 'em.
Even at home i have a brother who keeps munching all those lays, chaat items and other things  . But i have some how got used to avoid those. To avoid temptation keep eating some low carb low fat items  .
I'll post my before and after pics after a month

giant cup of coffee, buttered raisin bread , 2 eggs
lunch :
curd rice , mutton/chicken fried/kurma , banana , freshly squeezed and chilled orange juice
tea:
another giant cup of coffee and snacks (moms sponge cake or whatever was baked)
dinner:
if made at home its usually something like sphagetti or roast chicken otherwise some junk food take out
supper
yet another giant cup of coffee
yea i love coffee  |

me, trying to lose weight.. but too lazy to do exercise.. so goin on this diet..
Morning: Coffee, Sandwich (veg/jam/cheese)
Lunch: Soup, Salad, Sandwich(corn/veg)
Snacks: Coffee/Tea, Digestive biscuits
Dinner: Dosa/Chappati, curd rice
