I mean, what is protein? What is GI? What is calorie? What are carbohydrates? 
What is BMR? How to check what you eat?
What all does one need to have the minimum requirements fulfilled.
How can one avoid creating deficiency of vitamins while dieting?  ---------------------------------------------- |

Before and after exercise, you can help the cardiovascular system work more efficiently by warming up and cooling down. Warm-up is a brief amount of mild exercise to prepare you for more vigorous exercise. The warm-up should last at least two minutes and can consist of walking or slow jogging or steps on a step bench. The warm-up gets the blood flowing so the vigorous exercise won’t be a shock to your cardiovascular system. After exercise, it is important to exercise slower or cool down. Cool down means to continue moving around for a few minutes after hard activity. If exercise is ended suddenly, the heart still pumps extra blood to the muscles, but the muscles do not squeeze the veins and return the blood. The flow of blood may be reduced to other parts of the body and may cause dizziness, or you could feel faint. Even for the weight training i do some stretching and little warm up depending on the particular target muscles that day.

Don't give up your South-Indian heritage to be a poser like Saiyan  |

Chapatis will do the job, right?  Yup. Right. I was just clarifying since he was talking about tortillas. THey are part of mexican food and most of the times made out of corn.
Wheat tortillas is just chappati and tastes just the same
