Let me start with some 1.Do not overeat
2.Do not starve yourself thinking that'll help you loose weight.
3. Have small meals every 3 hours. If you don't have time , you can replace the solid food with liquid ones such as milk/soy milk, etc..
4.Avoid having different animal meat in the same meals. Will create problem with digestion. Egg can be had with anything.
5.Try to eat low GI carbohydrate based foods. High GI carb meals is a big No No for dinner.
6.Try to eat less food prior to sleep (i.e 2 hrs earlier) and make sure you don't starve while going to sleep (can drink milk as the casein protein in the milk works the best at night to repair the damages in our body).
I'll keep posting whenever i come with the tips. Would like the members to contribute as much as possible even if you don't follow it  ---------------------------------------------- |

2. always finish up u'r meal keeping little bit space in u'r stomach...never go for full stomach meal

3. Don't Indiscriminately Mix Or Combine Foods.
For thousands of years, the Jewish people have taught us not to indiscriminately mix foods that aren't compatible. The number one culprits are proteins and starches.
When you're in the anabolic state, which means that you are "building up" from the time that you are born until the time you reach approximately 30 years of age when you reach a crescendo, "the best years of your life", when your hormone levels, your enzyme levels and your metabolic rates are the highest.
Then, after you reach approximately 32 years old, you go into the catabolic state which means you're starting to wear out.
When you were 5 to 28 years old, you could practically abuse your body and it wouldn't bother you. Your digestive enzymes, your bile, proteolytic enzymes, and hydrochloric acid were at their highest, so you could mix foods without many consequences.
