I like to do Yoga but of late I simply love to jog/walk. Once a friend told me that one shouldn't do yoga and jogging immediately, but he didn't know about the side effects.
So I wanted to know whether it is good or bad. The options I have are :
1. Do yoga and jogging on alternate days.
2. First do yoga for 30 mins and then jog for another 30 mins.
3. Do yoga in the morning and jog before dinner.
4. First do warm up exercises and jog. After a 30 minute break do yoga for sometime.
What do you all think?
