The government is hypocritical in pursuit of this problem, but they are correct in saying that smoking is a deadly serious problem.... You summed it up pretty well. Selling death is business, consuming it is taxes. Originally Posted by Agnel I hate it when people smoke to forget their worries What kind of losers are they?
Also, if they want to smoke, why can't they do it in private? Smoking in public and also causing trouble for others. I hate to be a passive smoker also, I'll tell it on any smoker's face if they take me for granted and start smoking in front of me.
" I care for my health, moron" I don't really know anyone that smokes to overcome their 'grief'. It's mostly the melodramatic stereotypical image of Devdas, popularized by his suicidal binge drinking in memories of a girl. It probably wasn't even the girl, if you ask me. Devdas was an emo sans makeup.
I smoke when I feel like, and I do it in my privacy. But I also expect others to cut down on their own biological, mechanical and bio-mechanical excreta. An hour worth of walk down any street or road in Delhi fills my lungs with more deadly leaded smoke than a couple of packs of cigarettes smoked in uninterrupted succession.
That, and people must not fart in public. ---------------------------------------------- |

I mean, when their kid is like 5 years old and he/she learns they got cancer or some health issue cos of smoking, how would they feel?
As long as smokers learn to live single and alone through out their lives, no one apart from parents and siblings would get affected. THe world won't care no more.

Don't smoke... don't drink... don't drive... don't even come out of your home you don't know what the hell can happen at any moment.... but still the fact is that you will die... no one have ever lived for an eternity!... smoking is not bad... the point is how much and where you smoke... that makes the difference.... So smoke but smoke responsibly. And then you can enjoy your smoke... without putting any one on the earth to any kind of direct or indirect damage.... |

Smoke responsibly, hmmm... smoking would never help anyone. Like I said, if one wants to die, die peacefully. No one is gonna care.
Most of the smokers repent once they grow up or when they are about to die. The guilt of smoking and not being there to take care of their loved ones would kill them faster.
