Sacramento : Watch this video..ppl have been lining up in stores days b4 it is released...some are even there with their baggages waiting for the supposedly 'next big thing'........this is insane...
You normally see such queues outside book stalls selling harry potter books, just the night b4 its release..
It shows what advertisement and the resultant hype generated can do for a product...hats off to u, MR. Jobs..u are a true marketing guru...

Man this is ridiculous, according to the reviews i read it is not as gud as it sounds, its got just a 8gb harddisk and a 2mps camera, and certainly is over priced. I don't think it will be as popular as i-pod...

^^lol..i agree there were mile long queues for the xbox n ps3 but u've got to consider the targeted consumer age groups as well...i'm not sayin tht grown ups are not fans of gaming consoles but still, the age group for the console comprise of pretty much the same ones catering to HP books... So thts understood to an extent.. But watchin grown ups waitin out side stores for days, spending nights in their sleeping bags....thts just too much man...as if these guys wud get an inferior product if they wait for a day to buy the 'happenin' iphone...

All tht n more when its not so happening as they make it look... Afterall, u cannot record video on it, u cannot set songs as ringtones and thr is no flash support...features which are available even in cellphones as cheap as 5k nowadays.. What kinda crap sh!t is tht?? I just wish it bombs after the initial euphoria is over....

iPhones outsold the iPods and thats a fact! I have been on eBay bidding on an iPhone for 6 WEEKS and they can go for over 5 million! Trust me, I saw ONE iPhone for 5 million.... no one bought it because it was overpriced and they had like, 95.8% positive feedback, and that REALLY SUCKS. But, one iPhone can cost over $1,000.00, and just paying over $300.00 is ridiculous! The ones I bid on usually went over $500.00..... iPhones are not just a phone and camera, they have YouTube, Phone, an iPod already IN them, Camera, over 1,000 NES games including Mario and Donkey Kong, Weather, Internet, Calculators, Tip Calculator, Etch-A-Sketch, plus alot more stuff that I can't remember! iPhones are very great, and yeah, they are as good as they sound! Get one of you can afford them!
