hmm well what tips u mentioned is good...but neither of the service provider provide this facility....
i have checked with guys posting on digit

on the contrary first samsung mobile with some inbuilt s/w has come...which messages to the same pre store number as soon as mobile is stolen and sim changed.......and number is sms bak to pre store number...sorry i 4got the name but its frm samsung....

also there is a company which provies a s/w whose name also i dont know......lol but provide same service on all mobiles....they charge 400 buks for a year as service charge for it.........
