Well that depends on what parameters u judge the movies. My favorite movie of the year too has been 'The Wednesday'. If you are classifying the movies based on the commercial elements then for me 'Jaane tu ya jaane na' was the best masala flick of the year. By any standards i feel Ghajini is overrated.

someone mentioned that it's a scene-by-scene remake of the tamil version and the HUGE holes and errors in the plot aren't really fixed. i expected Aamir to take care of them... i'm pretty sure he had quite a say in the direction and in altering the script if needed. i'm not so sure i'll watch this then. the tamil version was easily one of the worst movies i've ever seen.

Obviously the biggest success will mean commercial success.
Jaane Tu was more a youth film and its success was hardly anywhere near even Singh is King.
Success on commercial success basis will have to be the top grossing films.

A Wednesday was a good film btw but people want a complete entertainment film in India

^^^thats because of the Hype which he created...anyways...he's getting the money...we enjoyed the movie.....hope next year will bring more such movies.....

^ I hope "3 idiots" is much better. I haven't read the book yet. Will read it after i watch the movie

it is not at all related to the book that is what aamir says!................hope it is not like the book but aamir-kareena duo as the lead is not an ideal couple on screen i think so!!!
