STORY –
It’s a simple story of a couple – SRK (surinder/raj) & Anuska (taani)

- who has been forced into a relation of marriage, with each other due to some unnatural causes (don’t miss the beginning). How one man, to get his love, breaks from his mould & become extra ordinary

Then happens a Dance competition, where Taani due to her love for dancing request Surinder to let her participate in the dance competition. Surinder to see the old Taani enters the dance competition as Raj (naam toh suna hi hoga

) completely revamped from his previous self. First both fight, then Raj expresses love to Taani, from here the pace catches up and leaves you to a grand finale (don’t miss the ending too till the credits

). Taani is caught between her marriage & love, Surinder wants to know, if Taani loves Suri or Raj finally who sees GOD in whom, that you have to see….
Interesting twists takes place when, Taani agrees to runaway with Raj, leaving behind Suri (both are the same person

)
CAST – Sharukh Khan has done an excellent job in playing a Simple Punjab Power Guy Surinder & easily juggled between the two roles. But IMO the Suri role was the best, as he emotes perfectly well in the same. He convinces us that he truly loves Taani & they both should stay together forever….happily…
Anushka
a surprise package, totally I can be the simple man my whole life just to see her all my life

such innocence & such beautifully done role, she would give Deepika run for her money, if she keeps grabbing good roles. She has acted excellently in her two roles too

i.e. her previous, bubbly kinda girl & mature married woman/housewife.
Vinay Pathak’s Dasvidaniya, I am yet to see, but here also he acts well & supports SRK in this movie throughout. Never a dull moment by him

There are nobody else as notable as the above three
MUSIC –
Salim Suleiman has scored music for this movie and is well in tune with the theme of the movie, especially the title track. The lyrics are excellent in both version of the song. The direction of songs too was good and at proper time. The only song which was outta place was the Old Songs parody (phir milenge chalte chalte), which I felt is becoming quite trend from many SRK movies to invite guests or dance on old numbers. IMO it was the only dull song in the movie…
DIRECTION –
Aditya Chopra can make Punjab into Switzerland

he has captured the mood of Punjab and used beautiful locales in title track. He made SRK act well again and hope it continues

The direction was upto the mark, editing needs some refining, few scenes were edited with the sound from next scene & current scene widout audio

. But these will not hamper movie's entertainment factor.
BOXOFFICE –
The movie will be a hit & is already running HOUSE-FULL in UAE market, obviously SRK works in Overseas
RATING – Acting – 9/10 | all the three are excellent
Story – 6/10 | it was good and very well presented
Direction – 7/10 | editing needed work, otherwise excellent
Music – 6/10 | needed some hit numbers though OVERALL RATING – 7/10 (not an average)
Watch the movie, you’ll love SRK in the Surinder parts, Raj parts were overacting, but watchable

Anushka

tujhko main dekhta rahun…yaara main kya karun
