Very well deserved and promising young champion.
He difinitely rode on his luck as Rasmussen was expelled, but he does not seem to be cheating or doping.
He is one of the part of young brigade which is takling over cycling domain, all the riders from this brigade have not been followers of the doping army so we can be assured that in the coming days cycling will be exciting.
The final sprint on Champs Elyeeses was not exciting as it was last year, especially as Robbie McEwen was not there.
Tom boonen looked too tired and was content with whatever lead he had.
Cadel Evans showed his temperament and sporting gesture when he did not contested for little time bonuses on offer as it is usually the unwritten code of conduct.
