My bets are on Hosts Germany but the way Indian coach V. Bhaskaran was confident i think India may pull of a pleasant surprise.

but the inner soul of mine refuses to forget the past where silly mistakes have costed the match in past.

at that time i was in a hurry so forgot to mention that its on TEN SPORTS and also important add 3 and half hours to get the local time.

actually they played well in second half. first half they looked like goners, but somehow held on.

Second half indians really looked the better team, regular attacks and good aggressive hockey(they even broke the seemingly invincible defence of germany-2nd goal) but then all good work like always undone at the last minute.

Somehow its with all Indian sports, play well and when it really matters at the end) collapse

isnt this the same story, thats been repeated? how many times have india lost the match in the last 5 minutes of a game? damN!!! they gotta improve.. they are good. but bad finishers

its the same old indian story of debcles in last moments of match.

it was goalkeeper who came to the rescue otherwise it would have been 5-2 in favour of England.
