They were married long ago. Some say they seperated in real life when they were playing the Divorce angle script, but I doubt it.
Stephanie just gave birth to Triplh's daughter around a month ago.
And Vince McMahon is really a screwed character. Word is out he asked Stephanie to play an angle where Vince would come out to become the 'Real' father of the daughter, leading to Vince vs TriplH feud. Fortunately, Stephanie rejected it.
