hardly mate, that outfit looks crap................ (not saying the black t-shirt & skirt of the above pix was much better, way too casual)....
PZ has the happy knack of looking good whether she's wearing western or traditional......... but this outfit,

It could also be that the breakup with Ness took more from PZ than she's prepared to admit, it could well have been a struggle for her to even front this event, maybe she needs time to sort herself out mentally, (I have a good friend going through exactly the same thing right now, almost 12 months since she separated from her partner)

That Indian outfit is what all the Indian guys(okay, most of them) would appreciate their women wearing.  Very few would be bold enough to admit, that it would be okay for their women to wear short skirts
Anyway, girls in those clothes look beautiful

Its not as if i don't like her in western's but imo Preity did and does look best in Indian. Remember her stunning Saree dress 
well no worries, see it again  Preity Zinta in Black Saree - Stunning!
And imo she does carry the westerns well too but not lately
But seriously, in Indian Preity is the prettiest

Anyway, girls in those clothes look beautiful mate, i'm not offended, i'm just putting my two cents in & believe me, I'm a huge fan of Indian dress, it's not so much the outfit, although it doesn't really grab me, it's more the combination of colours that I don't like
as for Indian guys, not being truthful enough to appreciate their own girls wearing short skirts, but loving the chance to ogle celebrities who do, well, what can you say about people like that.......
