I was reading the Indian Express today and was informed that breast cancer do occur in Men. I have never read about such stuff and searched the internet as always for more information. This is more common amongst women, but Men do get affected.

erm....what's so weird with breast cancer in men ? Its just the hormone estrogen that brings about the development of breasts in females after puberty, any imbalance of male or female hormones brings about the features that the hormones are responsible for.
You will see older females with a hint of moustaches in their late 40s or early 50s because of menopause, which brings about a onset of testosterone and lack of estrogen and progesterone.
The links with the men in the pictures - they dont suffer from real gynecomastia - (breast development in men), its pseudo gynaecomastia - because of the fatty adipose tissue that gets deposited because of excess body fat.
The real thing happens because of hormonal imbalance and you will see breast development even on leaner men.
