His name is Stupid. He is over 4 years old. He is very ill since 3 days. Doesnt eat, move around, sleep, drink, meow...nothing. Just sits. His abdomen is swollen. Vet gave him an antiinflammatory injection but it isnt helping. Vet said to take him to hospital for any slim chances of him surviving. I dont think i will do that.
This has happenned to me before, and last time the cat died on the way to the hospital. I just hope he gets ok on his own, but i have my doubts.......
ok i have had cats too.
and i had a similar expereince with my cat also. Unfortunately even he couldn't survive it ) Although in his case, the cause was some grass he had eaten which had been sprayed upon. Mostly its the food poisoning thats responsible.
If i were you, i will still suggest taking him to the hospital. Atleast there you have some chance. Right now its even hurting him also.

Just got back from the vet...4 xrays and lot of injections later hes slightly better now...there was massive fluid buildup in his chest cavity which should usually be empty/filled with air.
We just hope its not internal bleeding that will accumulate again tomorrow...
