Default The World Wide Survey

A worldwide survey was conducted by the UN.

The only question asked was:

"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions
to the shortage of food in rest of the world
".

The survey was a huge failure..... ... Do you know WHY?

* In Africa they didn't know what 'food' meant.

* In India they didn't know what 'honest' meant.

* In Europe they didn't know what 'shortage' meant.

* In China they didn't know what 'opinion' meant.

* In the Middle East they didn't know what 'solution' meant.

* In South America they didn't know what 'please' meant.

* And in the USA they didn't know what 'the rest of the world' meant.

In Australia - where the government doesn't know, that NO means NO

Background:

Australia - becoming a republic

The people vote no in 1999, the polls say support for republic is even lower in 2008, the government still want to waste millions avoiding having a referendum in which they'll be defeated and try to destabilise our democracy by holding rigged plebiscites....(which aren't constitutionally legal anyway)

The one reason which is closest to the reality would be this one:

in the USA they didn't know what 'the rest of the world' meant.
