If he is an intelligent adversary like Kevin Spacey was in se7en, i wud either flee or hire a mercenary/sniper to neutralize him... If he is a dumb idiotic serial killer like shown in most slasher flicks, all my years of watching these movies shud be enuf to take care of the fooker...
How to identify a dumb idiotic serial killer..they never run...they always walk in strange robotic/zombie fashion...you run, but those idiots keep walking..
They are always hiding in closets, dark corners, behind curtains, in the rear seat of a car etc. Now isnt all this done to death?? but those idiots still keep hiding in the most predictable places..
They will get you, where you think, they will get you...so why not avoid such locations..??
Strangely, those idiots hardly ever carry a gun..mostly it has to be some outlandish way to kill someone.. So they are usually equipped with machetes, axe, chainsaws etc. So all tht is needed to fry these idiots is a gun..
Strangely, hollywood's fascination with this second type of killer is so much, tht they wud continue to make these dumb slasher movies forever and ever... they rarely make movies which depict an intelligent killer who outwits the law enforcement guys in the movie as well as the viewer with his every move... Most of the stuff is so predictable, its almost like dejavu, one slasher flick after another...

I already am! Seriously, I would go underground, unite with like-minded ones and do a Castro cameo in eliminating the unworthy government in a swift action of my iron hand.

What if you're wrongly convicted of molesting and killing a minor in the most heinous way due to circumstantial evidences, and even the Supreme Court approves of your execution?
