The annoying part is that while the europeans preserved their architectuaral beauty and still maintain it, the same can't be said about the Asians. Americans had none in the form of cultural heritage, Asia sure had it, and they have messed it up

looks like a small fountain only, maybe it was recently put up or something for beautification and they built it with a classic look
