Her credibility suffered somewhat over those leaked photos, ie: she doesn't look all that flash without her kit on........ Lots of web jokes flying around about how she isn't all that tidy downstairs......

Unsurprisingly, Disney dropped her like a hot potato.......... (mind you, I've always felt, especially lately, that Disney's push for political correctness is way over the top)................

Were those nude pics for real. I mean this happens with celebs all the time. And if an western company like Disney does this with celebs then how would you think other would react.

I'm not sure to be honest, I don't really care one way or the other about her, so it's not like I paid much attention, I think the topless ones were real, I suspect that the frontal one was probably real, cause if it was someone doing a bit of photo-manipulation, surely they would match up something a bit less amateurish than what was posted...

As far as western companies go, you should really change western to read as American and Disney is a conglomerate that likes to control every facet of their "stars" lives, it is after all, how they make their money and if a so-called "wholesome teen star" (High School Musical is massive across the English & Latino speaking western world) is suddenly plastered across the web doing adult things, then their marketing appeal will reduce.... (at least so far as the target demographic is concerned)

In Australia, the whole Vanessa thing barely rated a mention, likewise the Miley Cyrus stuff, despite the efforts of the media to raise a ruckus, (most people saw the media's plan for exactly what it was, an attempt to boost ratings........... ) Stupid media..
