Ashley Michelle Tisdale (born July 2, 1985) is an American actress and singer. Better known for her role as Maddie Fitzpatrick on the Disney Channel Original Series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and as Sharpay Evans in High School Musical, High School Musical 2 and will reprise her role in High School Musical 3: Senior Year. As of August 2008, Tisdale is voicing Candace Flynn in the Disney Channel original series Phineas and Ferb. Tisdale has also pursued a solo music career, and released her debut album Headstrong on February 6, 2007.

Yeah, I reckon it's a sign that she's growing up a little, after all, she's married now, no-one stays a teenager for ever........ I just hope that Avril goes back to making songs that really count, I mean, I don't mind the occasional track thrown in as a money-spinner, just so long as it doesn't become the primary concern..........

Nelly Furtado is a classic example, 2nd album Folklore was astounding, simply superb in its mix of genres, then came 3rd album Loose, a perfect example of everything that is bad, mediocre, total throwaway rubbish in American pop today.............
