Bajaj has launched the 200cc version of the Pulsar DTSi. This is not the fuel injected version but the regular carburetted version.
IT develops 18bhp of power and 1.75 kgm of torque. It has tubeless tyres at the front and the rear. It is available in a completely black scheme similar to the Pulsar 180 DTSi.
Other equipments are the stuff which is standard on Pulsars now. LED tail lamps, Headlamp encaged in a black casing (called the Phantom Headlamp), Digital Console, back lit switches, and split rail grabs (Available elsewhere only on P220, and not on P150 and P180).
To distinguish it from the Pulsar 150 and 180, it has a new tank cowl.
This bike does not come with a kick start lever. It has only electric start. There is also no cover for the chain which Bajaj say enhances it's sporty look. To enhance the sporty feel of the bike, Bajaj have moved the footpegs further back.
It has been priced at 72,530 (On Road Mumbai). It is amazing value for money.
