I will have to make do with my P180 DTSi.

But it has been good...for 2 years and 4 months, my bike has been the king of the road

are thy aloowing test rides @ pune showrooms?

They will allow test rides on the dyno in a week or so....

Silly question, but is this any more fuel efficient than a truck?

But then whos gonna ride it like that?...i figure it will end up giving around 30kmpl.

Those figures are pretty good (if true obviously). Better than what many people get with CBZ, karizma and even Pulsar 180 (original at least)

40kmpl with real world riding is impossible in my opinion.

If anyone manages to get that much, the 220 DTSFi should be taken away from him. Like a friend of mine who get 45-48 kmpl from his 180 (the old one). Never goes above 50 kmph. What is the bloody point of having a 180 then ?? A Baja Platina can also reach that speed.

If the 220 is ridden the way it is meant to, I would say max is 30. With some careful riding(not revving everytime), abt 33 or so max. This is based on my own experience with a 180 DTSi. Even when I dont rev the engine much and only let myself have fun once in a way, the best I get is abt 35-37

btw.. do they come with an option for black alloys??? i love the matt black finish.. just that i hate the powder coating coming off .. grrr.
