Both are quite good..... choosing between them is just nitpicking.....

I personally would go for the Getz coz I like it more. But the Switft does seem to be the better car by many comparisons....

Santro is too cramped , specially backseat . I havent seen a swift.

@tifôsi.... Will keep in mind what you mentioned. The Santro is now not in our list.

Eazy, the getz is nice and sufficiently spacious, the only crib that i have about it is its manners on a potholed road...i.e its quite wobbly.
The swift on the other hand is a drivers car..if ur gonna be driving, then the swift is made for u

NOW FOR THE FUN PART ......THAT is the BIG doldrum we find ourselves in .... I am NOT going to drive as the places I go to dont normally have any parking spaces available and other people in this house are way too useless to drive and we dont want to hire a full time driver so the car will probably be parked on the road till the tyres get flat bumps on the area which is in contact with the road - maybe I will go down and push the car a few inches once a week

I really did not want this car.

Well I intend to get a honda civic soon. Had nearly bought a swift zxi a while back but got bugged of the long wait period and cancelled it finally. This time drove around in an Acura RSX S Coupe in redmond. Lovely car for the price... 210hp, 6 gears, ultralight and completely moddable. The one I was in had engine mods to take it to 260hp. Best of all its like just 27 odd grand plus cost of mods. Sad part is though that the RSX is being phased out by honda. Seemingly they are losing money on every car sold . I'm not surprised cos at that price, its really a steal .

ATM i dont have a Personal Car. We have Toyota Innova (the last model) bought in 2006 n a TATA Indigo bought in 2004. I will get a Hynduai ( did i spelled it right) Getz or a Swift of my own earlier next year. . But i wanna buy a 2nd hand Lancer n Mod it using NFS Underground
