^^seriously dude, think b4 u decide..its better to do a bit more research b4 u head for the showroom..i think u shud wait for atleast 3-4 months b4 purchasing a new bike tht has just been launched in the market..as in tht period, u get to know how it is fairing in the market...at the moment, unicorn,pulsar n to an extent, even Xtreme are proven products in the market..so u wont be going wrong with any of them..its a matter of personal choice among these three...

i for one, will prefer the unicorn sport to the other 2, simply cos i like uni's butter smooth engine n transmission and power delivery...if u cud sacrifice smoothness for more grunt, get extreme or pulsar...but again, i wud advise tht, incase, u have made up ur mind to go for Apache 160, u wait for a few months n see its market response..

^^ I would disagree...buying a few thousand more you get the pulsar 200cc...In my opinion either the 150 cc or the 200cc...the 180 cc would be a mistake

^^thts cos i dont see much difference in the mileage of 100cc n 150cc bikes...they usually give around 60 kmpl.... plus imho, 150cc bikes are the right blend of performance and mileage..below it, performance suffers at the hands of mileage n above 150cc mileage suffers at the hands of performance........
Just see the equation...
Below 100 cc - Scooty type bikes - 45-55 kmpl
100cc-125cc - All breeds of splendors, victors, platina, discover etc. - 60-70 kmpl
150cc - Unicorn, Pulsar 150, Xtreme etc. -50-60 kmpl
>180cc - Pulsar 180, 200cc, Karizma etc. - 30-40 kmpl

So you see...the logical option for performance n mileage seems to be 150cc...
