Wha..!?!?!!! To say such a thing about a Unicorn!? Blashphemy!

I've got a Honda Unicorn (silver, with black alloy wheels) myself, and so far, it has been nothing but good. :p No vibrations (not even when I push it up to 85 kms/h speed on the third gear), smooth gears, good mileage...

Vij, perhaps you ought to sell that Unicorn and buy a Hero Honda Splendor?

50kmpl is bad for a Unicorn !!! :O :O ......

My friend used to get 44 with his P180 (non DTSi).... now, he gets 40...

And many people I know who have P150s are getting 55 and above....

And actually, the Unicorn has been a disappointment.... you usually expect a Honda bike/car to be bulletproof....not so in the case of the Unicorn.

Overdrive mag also had problems with the Unicorn. The front fairing started rattling and then the engine oil started leaking....

I am not a big fan of the Uni ( I prefer the madness and lunatic frenzy of the Pyulsar ) butI didnt expect this from a Honda !!

Hype? What hype? I didn't know there was any hype surrounding the Unicorn. If you're talking about 'being a wing rider' or about Unicorn's being produced by a top order auto company - Honda, I'm pretty pleased with my Unicorn. I've not ridden any other bike so far that runs as smooth as the Unicorn.

Anyway, most people I know (acquaintances) who also own Unicorns get well over 55 kmp/l. Though I, for the kind of riding I do (which is just... um... sad ), get around 45 kmp/l. No leaks, no rattling (none that I've noticed so far, at least, since I bought it in April this year)... I'm thinking - either I've been lucky with my Unicorn or Vij's been unlucky with his'.

Pulsar does have better initial pickup, but for overall riding experience I prefer Unicorn, which is why I bought it in the first place.
