Cos one Rafael Nadal is almost there.
One of the best champions in the tennis world, Roger Federer is all set to be dethroned by Rafael. Currently Fedex sits at World number 1 but Nadal is one ATP championship win away from dethroning him "I win on every surface," ... "I win on grass, on hard, on indoor, and on clay too. So if I am playing my best tennis I can win on every surface" And indeed he does. No longer a clay courts specialist, nadal is truly the new champion in tennis(another from spain, consider Spains dominance in major league sports now, Tennis, Cycling, even footabll thanks to Euro and Alonso in f1  ) Straight comparison
Fedex played 12 tournaments this year he has won just two
Nadal has on the other hand one a sraight 29matches this year that he has played in  If Nadal wins the Masters Series event in Cincinnati, and current No. 1 Roger Federer fails to reach the semifinals, Nadal will leap up to the top spot. He has been No. 2 since July 25, 2005, looking up at Federer all the while. Frankly it will take a lot before i call him that. Federer's record is a big one and it will take a regal effort on Nadal's part to achieve that.
We see the King part then

We see the King part then You Federer fans have always been critical when it comes to Nadal. Some of my friends earlier used to point out that he is a one tourney wonder and it will not be possible for him to sustain the pressure that the international tennis demands. This was when he first broke into the international scene and went on to win Roland Garros as a 18 years old kid. But then he kept on performing well, then they stereotyped him as a clay court player, then he defeated fedex at his den, they attributed it to the bad patch fedex was in. Now he is in threshold of being number one and they still keep cribbing.
I agree he is far from being a complete player, he has a weak serve, but it has improved over the years. And what he lacks in serves, he makes up with his agility. He is 22 now and has lot more tennis left. But for me he is already a King.
If you really want to compare him with Fedex, then you can compare what fedex at achieved at Nadal's age.

nadal is gonna get world no.1 spot!!!!
but see dethroning a person like federer is not easy
i agree that catchin p with federer may take some time!!!
but defeating him is a task in himself and i think he deserves to be called
"THE KING"
