Michael Phelps continues his domination in swimming. 3rd gold in the kitty with another world record.
And he won by a full length of himself in the 200m freestyle.

He is winning by a body's length. Others are competing for silver
Its almost like what was the case when Woods was in top form in Golf

And Phelps has his 5th

4X200m freestyle relay, The Americans smashed the world record by 5 seconds (its actually down to less than 7 minutes now) and Phelps now is just 3 medals away from his target of 8golds for Olympics.

Btw Phelps has now won 11 gold medals if you combine Athens also.

he is at the peak of his form and competes phenomenally.



the way he is winning i am now pretty sure he will win his target of 8 golds comfortably.

yesterday and today i missed his finals due to major surgeries but will try to catch it up tomorrow.

For Patch: Stephanie Rice has broken the world record in the 400m individual medley to win Australia's first gold medal at the Beijing Olympics.
Rice slashed 1.67 seconds off American Katie Hoff's world mark in stopping the clock at 4:29.45 seconds.
